• Session data: Goals you submit, agent outputs, and conversation history within mission sessions.
• Usage data: Session counts, token usage, and interaction patterns for service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the Phalanx platform
• Authenticate your identity and maintain your account
• Process your mission goals through AI agents
• Monitor usage limits and enforce fair use policies
• Improve the quality and performance of our AI agents

3. Third-Party AI Services

Phalanx routes your inputs to third-party AI model providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google to generate agent outputs. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal account information with these providers — only the task content necessary for AI processing.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, JWT-based authentication, and parameterized queries to protect your information. Session data is associated with your user account and is not publicly accessible.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and session history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Cookies and Authentication

Phalanx uses an HTTP-only authentication cookie to maintain your session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics trackers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
