By accessing or using Phalanx ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Phalanx is a multi-agent AI coordination platform that decomposes user-defined goals into parallel tasks executed by AI agents. The Service provides AI-generated outputs including text, analysis, and recommendations.
You must authenticate via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Outputs generated by Phalanx agents are AI-produced and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using any AI-generated content. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any output for a particular purpose.
Free-tier users are limited to 5 sessions per day with a maximum of 5 agents per session. We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time.
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use, but Phalanx retains all rights to its platform, skills, agent configurations, and underlying technology.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Phalanx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
